The Parish Council holds meetings (including the annual Parish Assembly seven times a year. Meetings to consider the Council's response to planning applications meetings are held as and when required.

Normally meetings are held at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Shalbourne SN8 3QF - but check this page or the village notice boards for updates. Agendas and minutes for all meetings are posted on this page and on the village noticeboards and everyone is welcome to attend.
